In order for the current moderator to be approved for an additional term in 2013, the section of the By-Laws restricting the term of the Moderator to a second one year term will need to be suspended; a vote will be taken at the meeting.
In addition, there are two other agenda items requiring approval of the members of the church: a proposed change to the By-Laws and authorization to spend funds to replace the lift (aka “elevator”). The Annual Report and slate of officers will be available the day of the Annual Meeting.
